BUDAYA ORGANISASI DENGAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PADA KARYAWAN CREDIT UNION (CU) PANCUR SOLIDARITAS KABUPATEN KETAPANG, KALIMANTAN BARAT

Employee engagement is an important factor in the company. This because employee can ensure company's long-term growth and make company profitable increasingly challenging business environment. In this study, researcher wanted to examine organizational culture with engagement, for Pancur Solidaritas Credit Union (CU) employees. study a quantitative research, using two measuring tools, namely: Organizational scale by Fey Denison (2003) total of 36 items UWES (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) proposed Schaufeli Bakker 17 items. The involved 65 employees (CU). Based on results Pearson correlation calculation, coefficient (r) between variables 0.706 significance value 0.000 (p <0.05), from these indicate that there positive significant relationship engagement. . higher culture, will be. “very good” category “high” category. assessment are based "mean" calculation descriptive analysis addition, effective contribution 49.84%, while rest influenced other factors 50.16%. means not absolute affects but influence it.
